CSSi offers a competitive and attractive benefit program in conjunction with the employee salary. These both make up the total compensation package.

Health Insurance:
CSSi provides a group health plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. Coverage includes hospital, medical and prescription insurance for employees and their eligible dependents. CSSi will contribute 50% of the monthly premium; the employee is responsible for the remaining 50% of the cost. The premium is determined by the age of the participant. Employees are eligible for health insurance on the first of the month following their date of employment.

Dental Insurance:
CSSi offers dental insurance through Delta Dental of Minnesota to employees and their eligible dependents. Employees may elect individual or family coverage. The level of coverage elected determines employee cost. Employees are eligible for dental insurance on the first of the month following their date of employment.

Life Insurance:
CSSi provides group term life insurance to employees. The basic insurance plan includes term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) protection for employees. The company pays the entire premium for the life insurance plan.

Short-term and Long-term Disability:
CSSi provides group short-term and long-term disability to employees. The cost of this program is paid 100% by the company.

Flexible Spending Account Plan:
CSSi offers a flexible spending program to employees. The Flexible Spending Account Plan permits employees to use pretax dollars to pay for: employee portions of the group insurance premiums, any eligible un-reimbursed medical expenses (e.g., deductibles, co-payments, dental/eye care expenses); and dependent childcare expenses, potentially resulting in a significant tax savings.

Retirement Plans:
Employee Contribution:
CSSi employees have the opportunity to participate in a retirement plan that allows employees to save a portion of their compensation for retirement. Employees are eligible to participate in the plan after completing one month of service. Any money contributed by an employee is fully vested from the time of contribution.

Employer Contribution/Company Match:
CSSi also contributes to the retirement plan for participating employees. CSSi matches 100% of the first 3% of the employee’s contribution. Contributions are determined each payroll period. Employer contributions are subject to a graduated vesting scheduled and are fully vested to the employee after he or she completes 4 years of service.

Paid Holidays:
CSSi recognizes the following six paid holidays during a calendar year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Paid Time Off (PTO):
CSSi offers employees paid time off in the form of vacation, personal, and sick time. Vacation time is accrued per pay period according to years of service; personal and sick time is provided by the company on a calendar year basis.

Client Referral:
If a CSSi employee refers a consultant or contract opportunity that results in a billable resource, the referring employee will receive a $500 bonus.
